Brockton Composite Squadron

Taunton Municipal Airport Massachusetts
...performing missions for America
Welcome to the Brockton Composite Squadron's Web Site.

The Squadron is a component of the Civil Air Patrol's Massachusetts Wing and is based at the Taunton Municipal Airport, 8 Westcoat Drive in Taunton (KTAN - 41°52'27N 71°00'59W). For a map and satellite overlay click here.

The Squadron meets each Tuesday night at 7pm.

The Civil Air Patrol - the Auxilliary of the United States Air Force - operates under a Congressional Charter and is  charged with three key missions: Emergency Services, Cadet Programs and Aerospace Education.

The Brockton Squadron is a composite squadron with both a cadet program (between the age of 13 to 21 years of age) and a senior member program (over 21 years of age) and is active delivering all three of CAP's missions.

You do not need to be a pilot - or aspiring pilot - to be a member, although an interest in aviation is useful. What is most important is an interest in serving your country and a commitment to CAP's core values of Integrity, Volunteer Service, Excellence, and Respect.
